This workshop is ideal for beginners who are interested in learning the foundations of Yoga and meditation.
In our Foundation Series of 6 classes you will be taken through the building blocks of Yoga practice, to enable a deeper connection to your body; so to improve flexibility and mobility and to explore tools to help guide your breath; to help calm and restore balance in your mind.
Yoga is an artform, a science, a joy and a discipline… It is a methodology to help us to see things clearly, through physical postures, breath awareness and the practice of attention.
Lisa has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and has had the privilege of studying with incredible teachers, who still guide, influence and nourish her on a daily basis.
However Lisa states “My biggest teacher has been actually getting on the mat; most days, whatever my state of body and mind and being with myself, seeing things as they are, working with what I have, experiencing the wholeness that each moment brings”.
