Join Rachel from Adventure Yoga and learn how parent and young person yoga can enhance and cultivate physical and emotional support in relationships alongside building trust and deeper connections.
In this workshop we will look at how Yoga teaches teens and pre-teens techniques for coping with the unique issues they are faced with every day. Aside from the physical benefits Yoga provides opportunities to build self-esteem and promote healthy body image while teaching tools for coping in a fun, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment.
It will also cover various relaxation and breathing techniques which can then be applied to other areas of everyday life.

Rachel works as a freelance Yoga Teacher, having practiced yoga for 4 years, she recently returned from Bali after completing her yoga teacher training. Rachel’s greatest passion is now spreading the joy and benefits of yoga.
