This workshop is ideal for beginners who are interested in learning the basics of floral design and creating an accessory to make your fancy dress stand out!
The class will cover how to use your creativity to create a floral Halloween inspired headdress.
You will learn how to use floristry techniques such as wiring individual flower heads, using Halloween inspired accessories in your headdress and having lots of fun in the process!
It will cover various floristry techniques which I will talk you through step by step throughout the <<morning/afternoon/evening>>.
You will be encouraged to experiment with different fresh floral materials and Halloween inspired accessories to create your own spooky headdress.
By the end of the workshop, you will have learnt:
You will get to go home with a handcrafted, Halloween inspired floral headdress. Perfect for using with your fancy dress for Trick or Treating! Having learnt many different floristry techniques and having lots of fun!
Please provide your own scissors for the class. Each child attending the class will need to have and adult staying with them, please be aware that they will be using sharp wires. Also, the class will be using fresh flowers and foliages so please be aware you may not get the longevity of normal cut flowers kept in a vase.
